list-check    Outside Theme installation per parent must be part of the 2 hours of rental. 15 mins is the earliest arriving time.

list-check    Outside Theme installation by Majestkids $ 25 fee. Decorations must be dropped at least with 3 days prior event.

list-check    Room extra hour $ 75 depending on availability.

list-check    30 day non-refundable deposit cancellation policy – from date of deposit.

list-check We are thrilled to accommodate your child’s creative party themes and can build a party around almost any idea. If you wish to deviate from the available MAJESTKIDS PARTY THEME,  a $250 fee will apply if we are providing decorations.

list-check I understand that if gratuity is lower than the 10% of the total balance an 8% will be automatically charged by Majestkids. I understand that Majestkids has the right to modify or cancel all schedule events. I understand that all decorations and facility modifications must be approved by and coordinated with consent from Majestkids. I understand if i will bring food MUST BE from a commercial restaurant or establishment, and will provide receipts.

list-check I understand that all patrons who enter to Majestkids must have the proper waivers complete. if the patron is under the age of 45” then the waiver must be completed by the parent or legal guardian of that minor. Incomplete waivers will result in the inability to enter the building or use areas. I understand that a Majestkids staff members must confirm that your area is all clear and free of damages before you are permitted to leave. leaving your area with damages may happened and a freewill be charged base on construction professional rates and future loss of privileges.

list-check I understand that if event cancelation becomes necessary, it is the responsibility of the individual/group to notify Majestkids no less than 30 days before the party. I understand that the Majestkids staff has the right to refuse or restrict access to the Recreation Center for any misconduct of violation of our state policies and procedures. I understand that all alcoholic beverages and tobacco products are prohibited inside or around Majestkids. I understand that all KIDS and ADULT must wear socks inside Majestkids if not, party host will asume the cost of purchasing sock from front desk. I understand that if any guest comes in after the party time frame would be charged extra/individual.
